SHHE is the alias of Scottish-Portuguese artist, musician and producer, Su Shaw.

Based in Dundee, Scotland, her work explores themes of identity and connection at the intersection between sound and space, environment and ecology, and research and performance.

Sound works, performances and installations have been presented at V&A Dundee co-commissioned by MSCTY Tokyo, Sonica Glasgow, Dundee Contemporary Arts, Edinburgh Festival, Celtic Connections, Summerhall, Cryptic Nights, (Scotland), HANGAR (Portugal), Kino Beat Festival (Brazil), Rawabet/Jesuit Cultural Centre (Egypt), Tankur/Westfjords Residency (Iceland), Erbil Citadel (Iraq-Kurdistan), Tempio del Futuro Perduto (Italy), Radiophrenia, and BFI, British Council and Sensoria’s FAMLAB (digital). 

SHHE’s eponymous debut album was released by One Little Independent Records and shortlisted for Scottish Album of the Year. In 2024, mini-album ‘DÝRA’ was released to critical acclaim. SHHE joined Cryptic's Artist Programme in 2023 and is an alumna of Julie’s Bicycle Creative Climate Leadership UK programme.
